The past still hurts...

The past is still dwelling in the present and the future. It's something you are having a hard time letting go of and although others are telling you that "you should be over it already" you know that is easier said than done. Each day the past steals the joy from the present moments. You are more and more irritable, angry, or avoid anything and anyone that reminds you of it. You know that you want to be better for yourself and others around you, but this is hard and you're not sure what to do.

But it doesn't have to stay that way...

Although it feels difficult to move through you may be asking HOW? I can support you through moving through the pain slowly and carefully so that we can work in a holistic way. We'll dive deeper past just talking and really work to bring about change by accessing your body and brain together to reprocess trauma to move through it instead of avoiding it.

Imagine a life where...

You can enjoy life again. You are not triggered anymore by the past and can show up for yourself. The nightmares are gone, you feel better rested and less angry or anxious. You are doing the things you love again and you are able to move into ease. All the things are possible and more and I can't wait to support you through your dynamic change.
